The Workshop - Early Vocational Center

Build confidence with technology while exploring the exciting world of design and innovation! This 6-week class is perfect for beginners who want to strengthen their basic computer skills and learn how technology can be used to bring ideas to life.

Students will learn computer fundamentals while developing confidence working with technology. As the class progresses, students will be introduced to the basics of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and 3D printing. They’ll learn how to create simple digital designs and see how those designs can be transformed into real, physical objects using a 3D printer.

This hands-on class is a great introduction to technology, design, problem-solving, and creative thinking. No previous computer or CAD experience required! students must be in sixth grade or higher to register.
